At January 2009 Chemical Technologies Department became the 7th Research Institute of TÜBİTAK MRC, as Chemistry Institute with a multidisciplinary (Chemical Engineers, Chemists, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical and Electronic Engineers etc. ) researcher profile of about 32 researcher and a total 47 employees.
